Please read these important messages prior to booking an appointment:
Please note we do have some eligibility requirements for prospective estate planning clients:
This webpage was updated April 25, 2025.
- YES, we are currently accepting new clients for estate planning. However, we do have some eligibility requirements that are listed at the bottom of this page.
- NO, we are currently NOT accepting new clients for estate administration (after a death), unless the deceased person was a past client. (here's why)
- Due to high demand, initial client meetings are commonly booked more than 1 month ahead. Our current office policy is to book appointments up to 2 months in advance, so the scheduling app will release additional meeting dates as they enter the 2 month window.
- If you prefer to speak with a live person instead of using the scheduling app, call the office during regular business hours (M-F, 8am to 5pm) and a receptionist will help you. (520) 546-3558
- In general, Mr. Bouman is available for client meetings Tuesdays through Fridays between 9am and 6pm.
- Mr. Bouman will be unavailable on these dates: May 1-6, June 28-July 8, July 26-August 11.
- From time to time, when workload exceeds capacity, we pause the scheduling of new meetings for a few weeks. When this occurs, we will post a wait list form on this webpage for those who would like to be contacted when we resume normal scheduling.
- Initial meetings for estate planning are offered by office visit only (no phone or video conference).
- Mr. Bouman values punctuality and makes every reasonable effort to begin all meetings at the scheduled time. Please reciprocate in kind.
- But we also ask that you do not arrive more than 15 minutes early for your scheduled meetings.
Please note we do have some eligibility requirements for prospective estate planning clients:
- Must be a full-time Arizona resident or own property in Arizona.
- Must be willing to meet with Mr. Bouman in person at his office for the initial consultation.
- Must own at least $300,000 equity in real estate or $200,000 in cash and non-retirement investments.
- Must be agreeable to pay $250 for the initial consultation.
