How to Schedule an Initial Consultation

- YES, we are currently accepting new clients for estate planning. However, please note that Mr. Bouman's law practice is designed for clients who meet certain criteria (see below).
- Our office policy is to book appointments no more than 2 months in advance.
- If you prefer to speak with a live person instead of using the scheduling app, call the office during regular business hours (M-F, 8am to 5pm) and a receptionist will help you. (520) 546-3558
- In general, Mr. Bouman is available for client meetings Tuesdays through Fridays between 9am and 5:30pm, although summer hours may adjust an hour earlier.
- Initial consultations are offered by office visit only (no phone or video conference).
- Mr. Bouman values punctuality and makes every reasonable effort to begin all meetings at the scheduled time. Please reciprocate in kind.
- But we also ask that you do not arrive more than 15 minutes early for your scheduled meetings.
The legal services offered by Bouman Law Firm are designed for clients who meet the following criteria:
- Arizona connection: Mr. Bouman works exclusively with Arizona residents and others who own property in Arizona.
- In‑person initial consultation: All initial consultations are held in person at the office to support a consistent, premium experience.
- Asset threshold: Our process is designed for individuals and families who have accumulated meaningful assets (typically at least $300,000 in real estate equity or investments) and who want a clear, well‑structured plan to protect and organize them for the future.
