I provide introductory consultations to persons ready to learn more about wills, trusts, and other estate planning techniques. The purpose of the meeting is to become acquainted with each other. You will have an opportunity to share your "story" -- tell me what is unique about you and your situation, plus share any concerns you feel that I should know about. The consultation, which is complimentary, generally takes about 20-30 minutes and there is no obligation to proceed.

I will review your trust agreement and return a customized worksheet with my observations and suggestions. This complimentary service includes an initial consultation. I strongly recommend this service if your living trust has not been reviewed by an estate and trust attorney in the past 3 years.
