My office is located in the Broadway Proper Garden Offices, about 1/4 mile west of the Broadway and Pantano intersection. Broadway Proper consists of three orange-colored buildings located on the south side of Broadway, directly across the street from Lazy Boy Furniture and Home Depot stores, and just east of the Hilton East hotel. The buildings are clearly marked as "7650-7670 East Broadway". Look for the sign that says "Arizona State Retirement System,", which has offices in the complex. See photos to the left.
After entering the property from Broadway, turn right at the first driveway into the parking area, and then make another immediate right turn back toward Broadway. My office door is on the first floor of the building closest to Broadway, opening toward the street, and is located in the center of the building.
There is plenty of free parking available and the building is wheelchair-accessible. There are no stairs or obstructions to navigate on your way into the office. Public restrooms are available on the second floor inside the courtyard and near the elevators. You will need to borrow a key to access the restrooms.
If driving from northwest Tucson, I suggest taking Swan or Craycroft roads southbound to Broadway. Then continue eastbound past Wilmot and Kolb roads. Broadway Proper is the first driveway on your right after Hilton East hotel and the Pantano Wash.
